Trusted Partner in Mental Health Advocacy
At the "You Are Enough" Foundation, we are dedicated to bridging the gap between individuals and mental health resources. Our mission is to provide educational resources and workshops focusing on mental health, suicide prevention, and overall wellness within our community. By raising awareness and breaking down the stigma associated with seeking mental health care, we strive to create a supportive environment for all.
Our Initiatives
Community Engagement
We actively partner and collaborate with other nonprofits, schools, and local agencies to organize community events aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and suicide prevention. Through these partnerships, we aim to reach a wider audience and make a positive impact on our community.
Scholarships
As part of our commitment to supporting the youth in our community, we award the "You Are Enough" scholarship to high school students in the Antelope Valley area. This scholarship aims to recognize and encourage young individuals who are dedicated to mental health advocacy and education.
Suicide Grief Support Groups
In partnership with Adventist Health Glendale Beyond Loss Bereavement Ministry, we offer suicide grief support groups in both English and Spanish. These support groups provide a safe space for individuals who have lost a loved one to suicide to share their experiences and receive support from others who understand their journey.
Therapy and Workshops
We provide free therapy sessions and host educational workshops on suicide prevention. These initiatives are designed to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to prioritize their mental health and well-being.
Building a Stronger Community
At the "You Are Enough" Foundation, our goal is to create and implement new programs and services that benefit everyone in our community. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment where individuals can access the resources they need to thrive.
Upholding Human Dignity and Equity
