Join the "You Are Enough" Foundation as we walk to raise awareness for mental health in the Antelope Valley community. Our annual Mental Health Awareness Day and Walk is a tribute to those we have lost and a celebration of those who are still with us.

This Event will honor the memory of those who have died by suicide, support survivors of suicide loss, those who are struggling and those impacted by suicide. It will also increase awareness and sensitivity relative to mental wellness, suicide and suicide prevention. We will have therapists from DMH on site and Therapy dogs from High Desert Obedience "Pet Pals Pet Assisted Therapy. 

Candles and chairs will be provided.
